Way Cool is the third level from the Special World. It's revealed after beating Tubular.

Level Design

At the beginning of the level, Mario must jump on a line guided Checker Platform and hit the On/Off Switches he finds to change the path of the platform. However taking a wrong path may lead Mario to a death trap. Not hitting any On/Off Switch will take Mario back to the beginning.

Once Mario finds a correct path, he will have to leave the platform and hop on several Rope Mechanisms and dodge some Fuzzy balls until he reaches the end of the level.

Way Cool has also a bonus room where you can find a ? Block with a Yoshi inside.

Way Cool has no Midway Point.
